Our five-course tasting with wine pairings… Single-handedly our favorite meal during our Lake George trip — and perhaps ever.

First course: spring onion with honey walnuts, goat cheese and honey vinaigrette

Second course: prosciutto with a crunchy cucumber, goat cheese and olive salad

Third course: seabass with a sweet corn mash

Fourth course: lamb two ways - lamb sausage and grilled lamb

Fifth course: panna cotta and a hazelnut-flavored French macaroon
